We welcome our service users’ input into the care we deliver and would be delighted to gain feedback through the patient survey sheets we have on-board our vehicles. Recent patient surveys on our Barnsley, Rotherham and Doncaster contract in February 2013 saw 87% of patients rate the overall service either 9 or 10 out of 10 with Barnsley alone scoring 75% and 93% in Rotherham and Doncaster.
