Carol is an experienced Customer Experience professional who has worked in customer support managing in single and multiple contact channel environments, including multiple sites across the World for over 20 years. She has extensive experience across multiple business areas including, retail, internet, league football and mobile phone markets. During her time at a Tier 1 internet service provider she managed and developed the business to receive industry recognition being awarded 9 out of 11 U-switch awards for customer excellence.
Carol is revered for her focus and proven track record in customer excellence and her ability to manage and grow teams both organically and through acquisition, integrating and margining businesses into the current support models with a measurable improvement in the customer experience and proven reduction in cost.
