At ERS Medical non-emergency patient transport we place governance at the core of our service, continually monitoring and improving what we provide.

Our governance department, lead by senior management works alongside our operational and clinical departments to develop our strategy and to keep the focus of clinical effectiveness, patient safety and patient experience at the heart of all that we deliver.

Clinical Effectiveness

ERS Medical regularly carries out clinical audits to ensure that the quality of our service meets the standards and requirements of the Trust and is compliant with all legislation.

Patient Safety

ERS Medical puts systems in place to constantly review and identify factors that may put patients at risk as part of their risk management strategy

Patient Experience

Patients are at the heart of everything we do therefore measuring patient satisfaction is fundamental to our continuous improvement approach. We continually monitor patient feedback on each journey and following every booking call.  This information provides useful feedback about the quality of our service and supports our employee on-going performance monitoring. Information Governance

ERS Medical understands the importance of effectively managing information and ensures that appropriate policies, procedures, management accountability, staff training, and structures are in place.
