At ERS Medical we place governance at the core of our service, continually monitoring and improving what we provide.
Our Care Standards Team, led by senior management works alongside our Operational Team to develop our strategy and to keep the focus of clinical effectiveness, patient safety and patient experience at the heart of all that we deliver.
ERS Medical regularly carries out clinical audits to ensure that the quality of our service meets all relevant guidance and legislation and complies with all of our customers policies.
Patient safety is at the core of our business. We have a Patient Safety Committee chaired by our Medical Director that meets monthly to discuss how we can continually improve our service and ensure that our policies follow best practice, are comprehensive and include the latest NICE and Public Health England guidance.
Patients are at the heart of everything we do therefore measuring patient satisfaction is fundamental to our continuous improvement approach. We continually monitor patient feedback on each journey and following every booking call. This information provides useful feedback about the quality of our service and supports our ongoing employee performance monitoring.
ERS Medical understands the importance of effectively managing information and ensures that appropriate policies, procedures, management accountability, staff training, and structures are in place.
ERS Medical are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and have received a rating of “Good” in each of our 4 registered regions. Our reports can be found here.
We have a bespoke Business Management System that contains all of our policies and processes. They are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure they are in line with the latest guidance and regulations.
