ERS Medical shortlisted for PEN National Award!
Patient transport provider, ERS Medical, has been shortlisted in the Patient Experience Network (PEN) National Awards. The PTS provider, which also provides healthcare courier services, is a finalist in the ‘Measuring, Reporting and Acting’ category with its entry ‘Putting Patient Experience at the top of the agenda at ERS Medical’.
The PEN National Awards are the first patient experience awards in the UK, celebrating the delivery of outstanding patient experience by those involved in the health and social care industry. A spokesperson from the awards said: “The quality, volume and range of entries is probably our best yet making it a tough job for our judges!”
The ‘Measuring, Reporting and Acting’ category looks for strategic programmes and initiatives focusing on the specific use of patient experience measurement to drive improvement. The category celebrates programmes that effectively measure patient experience, report on outcomes and ensure that actions to improve are taken.

The winners will be announced at the PEN National Awards on Thursday 20th March at the Birmingham Repertory Theatre.
