ERS Medical’s apprenticeship scheme invites applications from Leeds-based candidates
ERS Medical is inviting applications from candidates aged 16 to 24 who are interested in joining the company’s apprenticeship scheme that is being run in partnership with YMCA Training. Currently, the apprenticeship scheme has a number of administration vacancies in the Leeds area that will not only give successful candidates the prospect to earn a salary, but also the opportunity to work in a business environment on a one-year fixed term contract while gaining Level 2 and 3 NVQ qualifications.
Diane Williams, Head of Apprenticeships and Volunteers at ERS Medical commented: “This is a great opportunity for young people to secure a position with an exciting career path. In addition to a salary, individuals will gain valuable experience, and apprentices on the scheme will undergo structured training and development programmes with YMCA Training. Candidates will be able to study at their own pace to suit individual learning levels as training will be role-specific and bespoke to each individual. As well as being employed by an innovative healthcare provider, flexible working patterns and annual leave are some of the other benefits offered by the scheme. So far, we’ve welcomed over 30 apprentices into our company and we look forward to more candidates joining our team as the business expands.”
ERS Medical’s administration vacancies are in the areas of training, finance, performance management, customer experience, call centre operations and sales.
To apply, candidates have to simply contact ERS Medical by emailing info@ersmedical.co.uk with their CV and someone will be in touch.
Any queries about the apprenticeship scheme should be submitted via email to info@ersmedical.co.uk.
