Recognising our team with Perkbox
Earlier this month we launched Perkbox to our staff at ERS Medical as our way of saying thank you.
Perkbox is a platform which includes employee benefits, feedback, recognition and wellness. Perks include a free monthly coffee, wellness videos and gym membership discounts. We’re using it as a culture hub too. So, as well as vouchers and discounts, it also links to our staff handbook, company policies and other benefits such as Simply Health and Wagestream.
Our Head of HR & Training, Hazel Wild says, “We wanted a way to thank our staff for all their hard work, especially over the COVID-19 period. It had to be something everyone could use, offering rewards as well as recognition, and Perkbox ticks all those boxes for us.
“It’s important for us to recognise our staff in line with our values. We can now use the platform to say thank you to individuals with a perk, such as a voucher or an extra day’s leave. We’re proud to offer this to our team at a time when many employers are cutting back.”
